I saw their ads online and gave them a call. i am located out of state and delivery was very important to me. i asked them about delivery and they said no problem, they would have it delivered to me. I like the trailer but had problems with the delivery driver. He communicated poorly and delivered it late. on top of that, the inside was FILTHY! I think the driver hauled something else in my trailer! I called WOW and after arguing, i got no where. Next time i will either pick up my trailer or I will hire the delivery company!
You get what you pay for! There are different manufacturers and different standard features available to the customers. I chose a mid range manufacturer with a 5 year warranty and love the quality so far.
If you choose the cheaper priced trailer, expect it to not be as well built as the top tier trailers.
The staff answered all of my questions and were patient with me through the whole process.

The worst place to deal with. I ordered a trailer in April, was told 6-8 weeks, at week 15 I demanded my money back! They have poor communication! It was a waste of my time and energy!

Just looked under a 2017 Wow 34 foot enclose trilaer. JUNK!!!. No front supports. D rings go into flimsy metal. Welds have burned through in many places.This trailer will fall apart on its own
A friend of mine bought a 38 foot enclosed trailer. Supposed I beams are two thin channel tacked together. It is flimsy and the main support for the trailer. The uprights are small 1 inch tubing tacked in. No metal for tie downs to go into. Back door is falling apart. Screws have popped out. Worst yet…front tires are shaved off. Less than 5000 miles on this POS !!!
I don’t recommend this company they took advantage of you. they’re all lies that they deliver ontime they said 6 to 8 weeks but the items never done by then they took for another month to get it done my trailer and deliver to us nothing done yet oven is not hook up yet and there’s no line to connect my other items so we stuck and trying to argue with them coz they lied to us as soon as they got all our money they all lost communication and not answering any of my phone coz I need to finish my trailer. they’re bank Customer service is horrible and all wow cargo trailer sales man is lier and the boss and manager. I don’t recommend this to anybody you guys need to watch this people out after they took our payment they said they have a new phone you guys need to watch when you buy trailer on this company we got screwed bad from them. Never get trailer on this company I highly not recommended this wow company! Worse trailer company.
I have ordered a trailer, picking it up at the end of April. I hope it’s what I need and I don’t have the problems I’m reading about here. I’ll update this after I see my trailer. Anyone have anything good to say about these trailers, feel free to email me at n390f@yahoo.com. I’d rather lose a $300 deposit than another $4500 if these trailers aren’t what they should be. I ordered a 24’ enclosed.

- CONS:I originally spoke with a different sales person besides Christine. He has given me a price of $4600 on the trailer I’m purchasing. When Christine called me back to confirm some info, the price went up to $4800. Not sure where the communication breakdown occurred on their end. Christine was able to get me a spare thrown in on the deal, so that helped.
Just purchased an enclosed trailer from WOW Cargo trailers in Cochran, Ga. Very satisfied with it. Pulled it to Savanah, Ga, for a race a couple of days after we got it. Got more trailer than I paid for. Brandon, salesman, kept me updated as to the delivery. We had a hurricane come through our area and knocked out power so I was delayed getting it. That wasn’t WOW trailers fault. Picked it up after power was restored.
+ PROS: Brandon is very easy to work with and knows his products.

After a little confusions, I spoke with Trent the manager. He took pretty good care of us. I highly recommend this company to other trailer buyers!
