Just bought a 5×10 Rice utility trailer from Bridge Trailers in Woodburn Indiana. Quality is excellent, tows perfect, powder coating is professional grade. I did a LOT of looking and Rice and Bridge were the best for me.

+ PROS: Best in the Midwest!
    - CONS: none

I just bought a new Rice 18+2 10K car hauler. After driving it 140 miles home from the dealer, at least one wheel bearing is squealing. Three of the four hubs are seeping grease out from around the grease caps. These are Rockwell axles that come with a two year warranty, compared to the better quality Dexter axle that comes with a ten year warranty. The hitch coupler doesn’t have a tab on the rear of the catch to lift and pull it back. So far, a vice grip has worked. Another cost cutting feature are the Chinese made tires. But hey, maybe the powder coat paint and fancy uniform robot welds will make it worth the extra 30% I paid over the prices on a couple other trailers from smaller companies that just mig weld by hand and spray paint their trailers, and use Dexter axles that don’t have seeping grease, and have American made tires.

    + PROS: Fancy paint
    - CONS: High price, poor quality axles, Chinese made tires, poorly designed hitch coupler.
