I bought a 2018 36′ gooseneck cargo trailer made in Texas. I used it to move from Texas to Washington. I noticed right away that the side door deadbolt lock did not engage. The hole was miss-alligned. I fixed it myself. Blew a tire on I 84 in Oregon along the Columbia river gorge. I noticed the plastic/rubber bumpers on the rear door(drop down style) did not survive the first trip. Called Cargo Craft to inquire about obtaining replacements and about the tire but got no help at all. The trailer has been sitting in Washington for two winters with most of our possessions stored in it. The first winter went well but last winter the roof leaked bad in two places on the left side ruining/damaging a lot of stuff. We had to dispose of most of our books. I just finished painting all the edges and seams with Flex Seal which hopefully will prevent further leaking. I will have to replace a lot of interior plywood that is badly warped and stained. Not impressed with the build quality of this trailer
I also have sealant and adhesive failures as well. The sealant along the top edge around the entire unit is soft and allows water to enter. The roof hatch/vent, fell apart before the 1st year. Interior lights have never worked.Bearing failure caused catastrophic failure,schreading 3 tires and bending my axle on the first trip. Broke down for months! Do not buy this trailer.
I am very pleased with the overall quality. The trailer pulls better than most and their customer service is excellent!
