How do I file a warranty claim?

My trailer tail lights are not working, I have taken it to a Camper Sales in my area.

John, First you need to find out the name of the company that manufactured your trailer. All warranty normally comes through the company that built it. You can find the name on the VIN label on the front corner/side of your trailer.
You can then get their contact information from our web site, or if you like, just post their name here on our forum and we will be happy to provide you with that information.
